This album serves to document the brief yet powerful existence of two important queer/transgender Orange County supergroups: Amongst Animals, and the notorious side project Book Report.

Amongst Animals were a quirky all queer/trans supergroup that existed for 7 months in 2010, and choice members collaborated together on two recording sessions in 2016 for the experimental powerviolence project Book Report.

All recordings were done during rehearsals at various locations throughout Orange County. These are the only recordings either bands produced before all the members followed their own respective (and still linked) musical paths.
